Compactflash drive?

Is such a thing available? i.e. a drive that I can put into my disk drive bay or cd bay that reads CF cards and other digital media?

I hate having desktop clutter by adding an external reader. If I had my way, I'd have a drive that I could slide my toshiba pocketpc into for synching and powering, and then just eject it when I need it.
