Comp. won't boot without monitor

Well, as the title says, my computer won't boot w/o a monitor hooked up. The rig is going to be a stand alone server and I need it to boot w/o keyboard, mouse, and monitor....Any ideas as to why it won't boot w/o a monitor attached? It will boot w/o the keyboard and mouse as long as the monitor is hooked up.

ECS K7S5A
512MB PC133
Gainward GF2MX200

perhaps setting halt on in bios to "no error" may solve your problem!

There is no such setting in the BIOS for the K7S5A.

can't you just boot it up with a monitor and then just unplug it once its running?

yeah, I could do that if I had a monitor near the computer, but I don't. I think it might be a video card issue, when I get home I'll try a different video card.
