Comp won't boot into windows!!!

Setup:
PIII 500 @ 560
ASUS P2B-S
256mb Ram (don't know what speed/brand)
windows XP pro and 2000 advanced server (doesn't even go to the window to select it, its the one before being able to select the OS)

problem: when i turn on the computer, it boots past the CPU/memory size, then goes to the IDE/SCSI devices, but after that, when its doing its boot sequence thing, it just hangs! i had used softFSB before i overclocked it by changing the jumpers on the MB, and it didn't have the asus p2b-s (and didn't recognize it) so i used the closest thing to it (ASUS p2b, might have been different) and i had the settings to set it on everyboot up ( i think)

so how do i change it?! or what can i do?!
thanks

i think it would have...
somehow when i attached some unknown harddrive it booted...
last time i use softFSB again...

thanks though
