Comp USA extended warranty - and no receipt

How do I show proof that I did sign up for their extended warranty program?

I don't know where I put my receipt. Am I SOL? This is for an extremely expensive ALL IN ONE laser printer I bought a few months ago. It is now broken.

I was able to return a PDA once with this. I called up and spoke to the manager, and she said they keep computer records of extended warranty purchases. So when I went in, she printed out a new receipt I could use.

Presuming you purchased everything with a CC (you did, right?) just take in the card you used & have them pull all purchases.

They can print a new receipt of that purchase.

I used cash on my purchase and they printed me a new receipt.

Yeah, I had lost (though I later found) the receipt for the TV I purchased an Extended Warranty on, and they were able to find it no problem and print me out a new one. One of the only times I've ever bought an EW and the thing broke. Worked out pretty well.

They keep all extended warranty purchases on file with the computer.
