This drive was $319.00 a WEEK ago. Newegg is selling them for $225.00.

This looks like a deal to me!

Nice deal. I've had several of the Western Digital's develop bad bearing noise, so switched to Maxtor.

Yes those 2500JB's are EXTREMELY squeaky even right out of the box. The FDB versions are much quieter; the whine is only detected within a foot or so of a naked drive.
