What are you using this system for?

Not that it matters with an enclosed case, but for purely esthetic purposes I would get the NEC 3520 And Mitsumi Card Reader/FD in black.

Also for 8 dollars more you can get the NEC 3520 with Roxio Media creator.
 
 
AMD would perform better in any ocasion except one category which is video encoding. It also runs cooler, and its price is cheaper (CPU price + Ram cost)
