Comp running hot - voltages out of wack?

One says everything is out of wack (as far as fan RPMs are concerned), and the other says they're fine...

However, what's the story with the voltages? Could that be why the system is running so warm? The system is a Sony Vaio with a P4-2.0 and a Geforce 4200. Could this be a bad power supply or something? This is my friend's system and I want to help him with it - but I don't want to just ignore a voltage problem and slap another fan into the case... any help is greatly appreciated - thanks!

First of all, don't use the Asus monitoring program for a different board, they all have slightly different sensors or might read the wrong sensor.

Your 12 voltages looks way off. Try a different PS in there and see what results you get. If it's still under warranty, try getting the PS replaced. Or if you don't feel like going through the hassle of replacement, try to back up as much as possible! :Q Eventually, the motherboard or hard drives will fail from over volatage!
