Comp Refuses to turn off sometimes

I have a dual core 4400, A8N32- SLI mobo, 2gb corsair memory, dual 7800gtx in sli, 74gb raptor, and a 600w ocz ps. My problem is that, sometimes, the computer doesn't totally shutdown. The LAN leds turn off, video signal goes off, but fans and stuff still run. I am forced to hold the power button to turn off. Other then that, the computer runs nicely.

well, I have a USB keyboard and mouse attached. I unchecked the boxes like the microsoft page said. Do you really think that could be the problem?

I will report back if it doesn't work
