I've been unable to get my computer to stay shut down unless I flip the main power switch on the PSU off.

I haven't timed it exactly.. but it seems to be about a minute or 2 before it reboots.

I have an MSI Neo 4 Platinum powered by a 480 watt Tagan.
I think MSI told me that it was probably the PSU.. but I dont have any extra parts to test that theory.

Any suggestions?

Doubtful that it is the PSU.
The specs are more than sufficient.

What CPU?
What RAM (brand & size)?
How do you have it installed? (which sockets)

Have you looked at the EVENT LOG for any errors?

CPU is AMD64 3500+
RAM is 2 sticks of GeIL 512 DDR Value Ram

The boards is a socket 939, what other sockets did you need to know?

Im somewhat new to PC's again.. (I've been using Macs for about 10 years)
so could you enlighten me on how I could look at the event log?
