Comp is suffering from heat exhaustion?

im in the middle of a game of rise of nations and about 20 mins into it (on average) it shuts down and the monitor displays a "signal not found" message, i think its the heat...in london its 38 celcius, and the actual case is so hot i cant touch it for more then 2 seconds before i get burnt. i cant run any 3d app's....without it shutting itself off. what do i do?

If you can't touch the Case for 2 secs Then lay off , go get better Cooling and forget about the rest B4 the whole thing dies. I've done the same if that's the situation with the CPU's Heatsink let alone the Case!

1 year old, its a HP with a thick plastic shield all over it (keeping the heat in) designed for familys protection

i cant open it up either, it would void the warranty and its the family comp so i dont wanna tamper with it.

screw warranty u p$$y lol

seriosuly open it up and put some fans in it thats the biggest BS ive ever heard that u cant open up a case thats wtu comptuers are meant to do wut if u wanted to upgrade or anything???

Call HP and bitch. Better yet, burn yourself, sue, and buy a real PC with the settlement money.

YES! Leave it running after it crashed until the damn thing burns up, then bitch to HP and get them to send u a new PC 🙂 It'll prolly be better than the one right there anyway
