Comp formatting and stuff

Ok, i have a dual boot right now, with win98se on c: and win2k on f:. i want to get rid of win98se (i will put it on later), so i want to delete c: (format it). when i go under my computer and try to format it from there, it says something is using that drive. so i am thinking of going in does and typing in a format c:/ . does anyone know if this will generate any problems? is there any other way i could go about doing all of this? thanks in advance!

Shouldn't create any probs. Just format c:

<edit> Just curious, why dual boot with 2 versions of windows? Why not use f: as say backup/storage?

before you do that, boot to 98 SE and open up a dos prompt and do a deltree c:\windows while in windows

it causes some messed up stuff but it's very fun.
