So i asked about the AMD pinout thing, and i think thats gonna be ok. But besides that my comp wont POWER on? I went through 2 motherboards already. Im using Neo4 Platinums. I connect PSU, and fans, HD, GPU, and the case wires right where the manual says too (i tried them backwards too just to be sure) and when I hit power nothing happens, no fans, no PSU, no nothing. I have tried the parts in another case, bout to try mobo now.
 
take the board out of the case......connect only: PSU, RAM, Video, and CPU. Power it on by shorting the power switch leads on the MB. If it posts, go from there.
