$700,000?!?

From Dictionary.com:

con·sor·ti·um
3. The right of a spouse to the company of, help of, affection of, and sexual relations with his or her mate.

Which explains $100,000, it appears (last paragraph):

Binn's lawsuit asks $600,000 for rail agencies' alleged negligence and $100,000 on behalf of his wife, Magdolna Binn, for loss of his consortium.

Hmmm..... he breaks his wrist and can't have sexual relationships with his "wife"? He is married to the hand?

So let me get this straight.

1) He was drunk and fell asleep in the bathroom of an MTA train.
2) Instead of calling for help, he stamers outside and hurts heself due to the effects of enibration
3) He wants $600,000 for being a druck doche...
4)He wants $100,000 because he couldn't shag his wife that night.

That guy must have some penis....
