BREAKING NEWS: A Colgan Air plane that was carrying two crewman and travelling to Albany, N.Y., has crashed in Lewis Bay, off Hyannis, according to the Coast Guard. Emergency personnel and Coast Guard units are converging on the crash scene. One unconfirmed report says that the plane exploded on impact. An earlier report said there were as many as 21 people on the plane. --Developing
