When you have more than 1 person using the same bath/shower, you use liquid soap. You don't wanna know where people stick that bar of soap.

Yeah, I used to have to share a shower with my brother (edit-not at the same time obviously). We used the same soap for years when we were growing up. I guess it's just not a big deal to me.

Indeed. I had a little travel sized shampoo bottle full of liquid soap that I used in those community shower settings.

So after some guy cleans out his undercarriage, you are okay using it for you face? No thanks.

I don't wash my face with soap.

Look, it's not like we're screwing the same chick. It's a bar of soap! You lather it up and rub it on your skin. You don't eat it, lick it, or stick it in any orifices so what's the big deal? Besides, 90% of the time I get here before he does so I use it first. :p

Even if you use it first on one day, doesn't that mean you are still using it after him if you are again first the next day?

I don't have a problem with sharing soap in principle, but the moment there is a short and curly that doesn't match mine, the reality of sharing soap becomes a shudder-fest...

I just kind of hate the idea of bar soap in principal...it just turns into a slimey gooey mess and half of it just sort of ooozes away. Liquid may cost more, but it's waste is much, much lower.

This is one of those germophobe concerns I've never understood. It's friggin' soap! The whole idea that it can't be shared is held exclusively by the kind of paranoid hypochodriacs who keep the ass-gasket industry in business. As it happens I use liquid soap, but I have never thought anything of sharing a bar of soap. I swear this country is becoming more fearful and tentative with each passing generation.

My thinking exactly. :thumbsup::laugh:

I made the mistake of lending my bar of soap in high school to an upperclassman after football practice. I ended up with a rash.

Don't risk it.

The last thing the person before washed probably involved a body part you would never touch. Think about that when you use that bar of soap.

Ah, yo beat me to it. I was going to say something along the lines of, "Just think, that bar of soap probably touched some other guy's genitals and you want to wash your face with it..."

It's one thing to share the soap with family / people you live with, it's another thing to share with random dudes from work. I voted no way, josé.
