Community Banking!!!

i've worked in both a corprete bank and a community bank. A community bank is significantly more friendly and flexible in their rules. However, the trade off is fewer branches, usually higher banking fees, and shorter hours. If a community bank was convienent I'd put my money there over a chain bank in an instant.

Is that bad?.......

I worked at a community bank a year and a half ago. I understand the importance of sales goals, etc, but at this particular bank, we practically shoved accounts down peoples throats...accounts people didnt need.

That doesn't make any sense. If anything the milkshake comment would be a complement and not an insult.
