I'm giving a speech in class on the differences between communication in the workplace and communication in a casual setting (ie: friends in a bar).

I need to provide links to articles.

but when I tried doing a google search on 'workplace communication', all I'm getting are Supreme Court rullings.

Any help appreciated.

Look for Human Resource and company policies. Take the rules and guidelines to follow and compare them to any norms that exist when you are with friends in a casual setting in public. How would the rules affect you and your friends in a public envrionment?
