commercial ssh for windows 2k3 server

can anyone recommend a commercially available version of SSH for windows? i need it for a syslog server i'm building. the IDS the server is for can only offload logs via SSH, but with the network i am on i'm not allowed to use any open source software that is free.
 
The only once I've seen is from ssh.com but I've never used their server-side stuff.

And if I were you I'd find out who's stating that you can't use open source software and find out why they're making you waste money.
