Comments or Criticism on new computer config

Hi guys, I am considering building a new machine which I can use for a/v editing, gaming, and with good linux driver support so I can dual boot. Here is what I have come up with and I'd like to keep the cost below 2k. The cuda's will be raided. Not interested in SLI as I don't game enough to care about it. I would like a good video capture solution so a cheaper video card paired with another pci vid cap card is an option instead of the 7800gt.

Thanks for your comments and criticism.

Looks good to me. Only thing I would change(which isn't a big deal) is if you can afford it I would get 2gb of memory(2x1gb). Do that and you should be set for a couple years. By the end of the year though I'd say 2gb will become standard. Alot on here already made the switch. I am gonna try a hold off for AMD and DDR2 and for prices to drop some(when they do come).
