Comments appreciated for my new build

Hi all, time to upgrade the PC again since I'm getting some stuttering in the latest games. Let me know what you all think about the following build.

CPU: E8400 $130 from mcirocenter
MB: Gigabyte EP45-UD3R $115 -15 rebate newegg
VC: MSI 4890 OC $200 - $20 rebate from ZZF
HD: WD 1TB black $109 zzf
ram: Corsair 4g DDR2 8500 $62 -$30 rebate ZZF
PS: Corsair 520HX $109 - $30 rebate ZZF

I'm keeping DVD drive, 24in LCD monitor, and I usingan Antec P180 case lying around from Fry's sale long time ago. Total around $700 bucks if all the rebate comes back.

Fantastic setup!

the UD3R board is a great! board, I currently am running my Q9650 at 500fsb on that thing!

4890 seems to be a good choice if you are upgrading now, for me, the 4870 will do me fine till the 5870 comes out
