Comment on my website

Just finished building it. Started using microsoft publisher but that thing sucks. Tried a few more tools, after which point I said screw it and started using plain old notepad The only thing I ended up taking from the publisher was the theme.

Clean, but extremely boring. Get a hold of Dreamweaver and Photoshop trials and you can make some improvement.

I tried older version of Dreamweaver but it was horrible. Are newer versions better?

Looks ok but is apparently designed for a resolution lower than mine. My only suggestion would be to set up the site to scale to the users resolution.. other than that, nice personal site. :thumbsup:

Missing doctype, overlapping elements, proprietary xml namespace attributes, proprietary image attributes, proprietary div attributes, images lack alt attributes, internal stylesheets, backslashes where there should be slashes, missing quotes on Contet-Type, if nothing else. Those are some of your technical problems, I won't even get into using tables for layout.

Not even Dreamweaver WYSIWYG can ****** things up that badly, you were probably using Microsoft FrontPage, yes?

Visually however, it's just plain unimpressive. Terrible aliasing on the logo for one.

On the other hand, it is readable and it gets the point across, some would argue that's all that matters

Nice site. Nothing award-winning, but you don't want to go overboard with a personal website.

The whole thing feels unbalanced
The side banner's colors dont flow well w/ the rest of the layout
Overall it's really boring
