I ran into this problem before and I know there is a way to do this. The problem is I am attempting to run an old APP(circa 1989) which requires a hardware dongle which it checks on execution of the program.
Does anyone know a command line I can use in the autoexec.bat wwhich will force the parallel port to run at a slower speed?
