Command Rate question?

Hey all.
I have 16gb (8gb x2) of Corsair DDR3 1600.
According to CPU-Z the SPD tab thinks at 1600mhz it should be running at a Command Rate of 2T.

However I'm at 1T. More specifically 9-9-9-24-39 - 1T

Guess I don't really know the difference in Command Rate settings. Am I gaining or losing anything at 1T v 2T?

Rest of hardware.
Asus 990FX mobo
AMD 975@4.1
Sapphire 7950 (950/1300)
Corsair 650watt psu

2T mode:
One additional MEMCLK of setup time is provided on all DRAM address and control signals (not including CS, CKE, and ODT); i.e., these signals are driven for two MEMCLK cycles rather than one. 2T mode may be needed in order to
meet electrical requirements of certain DIMM speed and loading configurations

Basically, if you are in 2T mode, then commands to the DRAM are going to take 2 clock cycles instead of 1. So, theoretically you are going to get more performance in 1T mode, although it's probably not super noticeable. If you are stable in 1T, go for it though.
