As the title says, command prompt and all similar apps (eg: mysql command line client) have been running very sluggishly on my pc (don't know since when). For instance, theres a big delay between pressing a key and it getting displayed or while closing the prompt or minimizing it etc. Even right clicking on it on the task bar takes time. But weirdly, it does work fine sometimes albeit very rarely.
PC : 2.4 p4, 768mb ram, xp pro
and cpu utilization stays below 5% so I don't think thats a problem and all other apps seem to be working fine too.
