Command & Conquer: Generals... impressions?

Hey, anyone here know how this game is gonna be when it finally comes out? Anyone here lucky enough to be able to try the multiplayer demo (even without a f***ing membership to fileplanet?
And which should I get? Generals, or Unreal 2? I know, I know, two totally different games, but they are both on the verge of coming out, and I think I will like both of them...

It will rape my video card, and will be unbearable slow to play. Can't afford to buy new video card so k thx gg!

I have a Radeon 8500 with 128Mb RAM, so I am hoping it will at least give me a little fun! What are the system req's for this game?

I played the MP test because my roommate was selected as a beta tester and it ran well on my computer. At the time I had an XP 1800, with an 8500 (64Mb AIW) and 512 MB RAM. I stopped playing it after a while because they limited you to 640*480 or so on the beta and I could not stand the scrolling :| to find your units.

I am playing the multiplayer demo right now (got a subscription to fileplanet). It is pretty cool. U2 has been getting some bad reviews so I might wait till Generals comes out to buy a game. I enjoyed it so far. What did you want to know about it?

On the site there is a link for system Req's but it does not work.
