My roommate and I are arguing about this question and we can't find the answer online, mostly because most gaming sites are blocked by our filter. In Command & Conquer 3, when computer difficulty set to "Brutal," is it a fair game, or do they get an advantage such as fast tiberium mining or a bigger supply of tiberium from the beginning?

The AI on brutal gets a ton of free cash and maybe units too, its very unfair. Its the same AI as the hard but with extra cash. Play one and then look at the income graph after the game, you will see its income is far greater than yours, probably 3-4 times as much money.

Let's say you set the maximum beginning cash at 40000. And then you set the computer AI to brutal setting. Well you still have 40000 to begin with but your opponents begin with double the amount: 80000.
