Command Antivirus for Windows stopped working this week

Command Antivirus for Windows started giving our office problems this week. It can no longer update itself w/ new virus definitions. Our IT guy is looking into it...but I wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem. We have it on all of our office computers and they all give us errors each morning saying that it can't update itself. I beleive this has been going on for about a week.
