As you must have observed .... this hot deals forum has been an addiction for most of us. There have been many instances when we did not need a particular thing ... still we kept searching various threads. Personally, I have spent hours and hours of my precious time lurking and shopping for things.

On a deeper analysis, it seems that we exert a lot of energy on futile gains. It is very likely that many of us might be suffering from Compulsive Shopping Disorder. CSD, which is estimated to affect between 2 and 8 percent of the U.S. population, is categorized by preoccupation with shopping for unneeded items and the inability to resist purchasing such items. It is a form of depression ... when we need outlet for our feelings, and we make virtual friends and shop for things in the hope of gaining a feeling of satisfaction and achievement. Sadly enough ... the feeling never comes .... greed has no limit. However, there is hope ..... the following articles help shed more light on this. I THINK ... THIS IS DEFINITELY HOT ... THAT A CURE FOR THIS PROBLEM WOULD BE COMING SOON:

I am not addicted either and am highly offended that somebody would think that our three member family doesn't need five desktops, two laptops, three PDAs, three VCRs, two DVD players and a home entertainment center with six remotes.
