can anyone recommend some really comfortable offices shoes? Probably something light weight I'm guessing as well as fashionable enough to wear... let's say... in a finance environment.

yep, they make dress and dress casual shoes with better cushioning and support than more traditional dress-shoe brands. If you can get by with wearing their leather walking shoes (ProWalker World Tour) your feet will be happy as, uh . . . happy feet?
