Come join me in the first Anandtech synchtube! Currently playing 90s songs!

Was pretty fun, though I did fail and add some non 90s songs, lol 😀

It's worth it just for the chat, though I did discover (and rediscover) some awesome music to add to my collection.

Ok, seems like we're active now... we're just playing music ( not limited to 90s ) and some random funny vids.

not chrome or FF obviously

I assume it's IE9 or Opera. Which is it? I pray it's Opera, though Opera is pretty legit so it'd have to be IE9 by deduction since it probably doesn't support a feature which synchtube uses and Opera would most likely have support for it.

Anyway I recommend using Chrome.

you would be correct (opera)

it only sorta works in IE9 i tested it sound plays but its all choppy

not worth installing a 3rd browser for

Once you go Chrome, you don't go back.

It'll be much faster than IE9 and would support web standards more... but to each his own...

i tried chrome years ago and then last year at work, it sucked and it still sucks, its better then IE but both FF and Opera are superior

Would you mind stating the reasons why you think FF and Opera are superior?

Chrome is faster than both, consumes less memory than Firefox, and has better support for web standards... not to mention better debugging web developer tools ( JS and network/profiling with the exception of Firebug's styling UI which is the best )

chrome may be faster the FF but its not faster then opera, its addon support isn't nearly as good which is what makes FF so good, yes FFs memory usage sucks but it can be over looked. opera wins on that as well as speed vs both. its just as compliant to standards as chrome. v11 now has addons that work fine, it has the best implementation of tabs and mouse gestures and had them first. the only thing is worse at is Java speed.

also i cant stand the look of chrome of FF4 interface its TOO minimal. and for FF the fact that i cant put the address bar below the tab bar with both of them below the bookmarks toolbar PISSES ME OFF

this is ~3 months old but i dout much has changed since then
