Anyhow because of my location. It is the best option. Internet is pretty much a no brainer. What comes to mind is the tv lineup. I only like watching 4 channels personally... wish that were the case for my children. Having said that i was looking at their latino lineup. Most of it seems like regular channels... only spoken in spanish. In the tv box i can set up audio to output english correct? If that is the case i assume go with latino packages as they cost less by a good margin. Like take for instance... Donald Trump on CNN... i doubt very much so he is speaking spanish natively. (Oh that would be a trip)
Anyhow if I set output as english. It just looks and sounds like regular cable tv correct? Sure there might be a few exclusive latino channels. But i suspect few and far inbetween. So is latino the way to go?

I'm not sure it works that way. I have the Latino package and few of the channels I tried had any english other than subtitles. Granted I did not try that many as I got it because Basic+Latino was cheaper than Basic and not because I wanted the Latino channels. Anyway - it also messed with the audio for sports but only for one of the channels (CBS?). The game audio was in spanish but all the other shows\commercials I saw on that station were in English. Took some googling and trying a number of the listed fixes to resolve the issue
