I have a buddy of mine that is a manager at Comcast. I asked him directly, and he said the speed increase will likely hit the Seattle area in early February. So...it's CONFIRMED!![]()

What really pisses me off is that I have experienced a ton of problems with my internet in the past month or so. Either really slow speeds or service outages which sometimes require me to unplug my modem and reboot everything. This happened again this morning. I was without internet until a few hours ago. Comcast=Suck as far as I'm concerned.

Do they have to come out to your house to do the upgrade? Or is it all done automatically?
