I've had no problems with Comcast, personally, which is why I recently recommended them to my MIL when she decided to give up the dial-up. Getting her set up with HSI was a huge headache! :|

Granted, the cable tech was helpful, but when he (and later I) had to call Comcast, it was hell...

I don't think it matters. That video just hits home to sooooooo many people. It doesn't even matter that it is comcast because EVERY cable company in the US sucks. And no, I don't need to research anything to know that is true.

i would have been scared for my laptop in that situation, but then again, he could just sue and he'd have evidence 🙂
