Glad I dont pay for comcast, I just plugged my modem in and hooked my TV up and both worked. It's been this way for 4 months...

comcast blows here in jacksonville...i have atleast 1 problem every week...up in new york, time warner had problems very rarely, maybe once a month at most! COMCAST SUCKS!!!!

As with any large company, some people will love the service, others will hate it. No rhyme or reason to why some people have tons of problems and others are problem free.

Current customer deal... I argued since I didn't like their service if I get no discount, I'm cutting them off...
