Comcast Pop3 not cooperating

So I have Comcast at home, but I have SBC in my apartment at school..

I've been having HELL sending out emails from Comcast (then again I use my school acct 99% of the time).

Now I've got my pop server set as mail.comcast.net and my smtp as smtp.comcast.net

For outgoing in Outlook, I check the Requires Authentication box and it uses same settings as incoming mail server...

Basically I just need to setup the pop mail as if I'm on vacation and using my laptop with other ISPs... but this is just not working..

I can receive but not send mail. Any comcast users can help me here? =P
