Alright so I thought the Comcast here was pretty slow, whoa and behold I look at the bill and we are being charged for "Comcast Performance Lite". I look online to see what speeds it's rated for and as far as I can tell it's supposed to be 4Mbps. However these are the speeds I'm currently getting (with no streaming video or anything else haggling the speed).
Do I have a case to be pissed at them and call them up to complain about the speed?
