comcast owns? I pay $103 a month for fvcking internet and the cheapest sh!tty cable they offer and they own? I don't even want to know how much money you through away each month for sh!tty comcast service.
 
comcast blows, I get them because they are the only highspeed provider in the area. They continually overcharge and screw up my bill. The so called great revolution of digital cable is another outlet for them to cram advertising content into our homes and they charge us for it! Rate increase after rate increase goes uncontested and the digital cable box is slow as crap when switching channels.. undoubtably becuase it has to wait for the next advertisment to pop up on the 'channel menu'... did I mentiion only a quarter of the screen is actually devoted to the channel line up!

New releases are only $3.99, and most movies are $2.99 or less. There is no extra monthly subscription cost for ON DEMAND from Comcast Digital Cable; you simply pay for the movies or programs that you view, title by title.

Sounds like Instant PPV?

we pay $125 a month for every channel they have, internet, and two HD recievers a month.

the ppv is still pay but all the other stuff like the movies and cable shows are all free
 
how do i get to it though? I have comcast digital cable as well.... I dont even see where it would be an option

i just hit menu and it shows up as one of the options

i have motorola dct 5100
 
yah, comcast welcomes you to 2 years ago when time warner cable introduced on demand. (and i go to school in a tiny town too.) when i go home, i have to put up w/ the bullsh!t from comcast. their service is terrible, the menu/guide is the most horrible thing i've ever seen, they place ads in their navigation, and their prices are ridiculous. not to mention that they only have 3 or 4 versions of each premium channel. i paid about $85 for internet + digital cable w/ on demand and a DVR. time warner gave me 16 HBO channels, 17 showtime, plus tons of others i never watched. i hate comcast so much, i never watch tv when i go home.

LIES. I work for Charter Communications and neither of those two companies offer that many channels to ANY cable company. Not even close. But thanks for trying to make Comcast look bad. They're our competitors, too.
