comcast.net cable users... i need your help!!!

ok... this is the situation...

after comcast dumped @home and transferred everyone to comcast.net... i don't think i bothered to set up my new email. now... i think i want to set it up, but i really have no idea what my password is. does anyone know what is the tech support, or customer service phone number? if u got it, could u pm it to me? 😱

But tech support won't be able to tell you what your password is. They'll just be able to change it, which may take up to 24hrs.

me too. but i am in need of a pop email account... and since i do have a comcast.net account.. i figure i should use it 😛
 
Well, things were changing almost weekly it seemed like. But, if things are the same way they were when I was working for them, Tier1 cuts out between 4 and 8 PM. Tier2 is 24/7 🙂
