Comcast, most innovative?

Is Comcast the most innovative cable company out there?

I can literally watch television on my tablet and cellphone!

*This is about the Xfinity TV App for tablets and mobile*

For as much as people complain about Comcast, I actually think they put out a really solid product. And those apps are impressive.

Not even close. AT&T U-Verse has a mobile app now, and Verizon has a much better network. If you ask people in the industry, they generally say that Cox is the most forward-looking cable operator.

Also, this post reads like an advertisement. Don't be as obvious when you come back.

lol yes an advertisement

because i am a subscriber to comcast in the seattle area

I should note that he only posts from Toronto, Canada

I think they're fine, and their tech support has always been good for me. Too bad Comcast is SO expensive that I always feel like an idiot when I see my bill . . .

Companies hire marketing agencies that pay people to go out on forums and spread positive vibes about their company. This forum, being of a fairly decent size, sees that kind of thing pretty often.

I get junk mail from Comcast daily, even after calling and asking to be removed from their mailing list. After paying for printing the ads and postage I'm surprised they have any money left for marketing in any other media.

Least innovative if you're SA/Cisco users. It took Comcast until last year to port I-Guide to SA STBs and who knows if we'll ever get all the features Moto users have.

I'm in the same boat with mediacom here in Iowa, constant junk mail. There's no chance luring me away from dtv.
