Comcast Internet + cable Deals??

I just got mine in my new apartment today (i think. my brother was supposed to be there while I'm at work). I ended up paying $63/month for basic cable, internet, and renting the modem. Good deal, IMHO. I don't know how it is over in PA though...
 

Just got a deal for digital cable plus + hbo for $27.99 per month for a year when I traded in my dish. Also got Internet cable for $19.99 per month for 6 months, plus a free modem and a $100 rebate.
