I'm going to have comcast@home pretty soon. I've heard of all sorts of programs that speed it up. People use programs to uncap the max download speed (is comcast even capped?) and stuff like that. Any of you know where I can get anything that'll speed up my connection once I'm running?

I'm in California. Anyone that lives in my state and runs comcast, what are your thoughts on it? How's the speed? Reliability? Customer support?
