December 2001
Dear Comcast Customer,
As you may already know, your Road Runner service is changing to Comcast
High-Speed Internet. In order to provide you with reliable and high quality
service, Comcast is transitioning all customers to an improved, all-Comcast
managed Internet service, Comcast High-Speed Internet. The network is
100% managed by Comcast, so you can rest assured that you will never again
worry about the strength or stability of your Internet provider. Please
note: You will experience interruption to your Internet connectivity if
you do not complete the transition before December 31, 2001.
With Comcast High-Speed Internet, you?ll continue to receive the high-speed,
always-on, cable-powered Internet connection you currently enjoy. The most
significant changes will be to your e-mail account:
* Your e-mail address will change from CURRENTusername@mediaone.net to
NEWusername@comcast.net
* For a limited time, until mid-January, you will only have one Comcast.net
e-mail address
* You will have access to your MediaOne e-mail until December 31, 2001
Important dates you should know:
* Your e-mail address will change on December 29, 2001
* You will have access to your MediaOne e-mail until December 31, 2001
* You will have the full features and functionalities of Comcast High-Speed
Internet service available to you mid-January 2002. This includes:

- ?My File Locker? ? personal web space for storing your personal files
(MP3s, photos, etc.)
