Is there a way to tell which programs are in HD besides the obvious just watching them? Do your HD channels broadcast non HD content sometimes?

The Tennessee GA game is obviously HD, but there's a couple other games on and the yankees twins game doesn't look like it's in HD. It looks better than the normal cable channel though...

The new iGuide Comcast will use on Motorola STBs will do just that. That's not saying the info will be accurate because many channels claim programming to be HD when it's not.

if you're seeing black bars on the sides of screen, then they're showing the SD feed on the HD channel.

Many channels like Fox, Starz and SHO occasionally show upconverted widescreen material.

Is anyone getting the Yankees game on HD without subscribing to a sports package right now?

Also, is there a way to tell if it's coming in in 480 or 1080?

When is that being pushed to the boxes? I see the commericals, but no dates.
