So from what I remember a few months ago Comcast upgraded some people to 3mbit, is that their standard service now? So if I were to now order the service advertised on the webpage it would be 3mbit anywhere?
 
I am in N CA and I am supposedly on a 3mbit connection.

I'm pretty sure its 3mbit in Provo, Utah...although I have never gotten anything to download that fast anyway.
