comcast cable DNS trouble?

I'm in the bay area and I can't resolve any domains, if i enter in the IP's it works fine.

I can't use comcasts DNS, and I was using GTE's westcoast DNS: 4.2.2.1 but now it seems either gte or comcast is blocking it. I'm thinking that comcast is blocking it, because if I VPN into my school then GTE's DNS works.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions
