Combo/Secondary drive hookup question

I'm in the middle of making a new computer for the first time and I'm using mechbgons guide but I have a question about the Slave/master/cable select jumper block. If I'm putting a primary CD/DVD-ROM drive on top (waiting for it to come) and putting a combo drive in the second slot, what do I set the second bottom drive to because right now it's my primary drive because I'm waiting for my DVD-ROM one? And also, how do you change that, do I just move that little white piece around and if so what set of pins do I move it to to make it either slave /master/cable select??😕
 
Every optical drive I've seen is marked in back with ma, sl and cs. Just put the jumper where you want it. Most newer computers are just fine with cs. Drive @ end of cable= master, drive in middle= slave.
