I bet you could take two different cathode lights for a killer looking combo. One common combination is red and blue:

I wanted to try green and purple but was told that purple cathodes are barely purple and rather light purplish/white. So I was thinking maybe a green and black light UV cold cathode would do the job.

Any other combinations you guys have tried or thought of? Include pictures of if you have any!

no pci or agp cards  ??

i just built a system for my roomie. it has a blue/red cold cathode along the rear edge of the case in a way such tht the agp card is centered where the light changes over - this gives a really cool effect like a split lighting thingie.

I have a blue/red combo too. You get a nice purple color where they blend. I also have four UV cold cathodes in the same case. So I will switch from the red/blue combo to the UVs from time to time. I usually run the UVs though since I have the UV reactive cables and such.

I have a blue cc and a green cc in my case. It looks pretty cool. I put the blue one at the bottom, and the green at the top.
