Combining 2 Modems in Win2k

How do you bind two modems over two phone lines in Windows2k so that when you dial into your ISP you get the combined bandwidth of both modems? And if you can do it, is there a way that you can dynamiclly drop one of the lines (in case need to make a phonecall or something) without completely disconnecting?

dont know about dropping one of the lines but this will work.
make sure you ISP supports this though. my ISP charges an extra $1 an hour for this
