This is a great game, just bought it. Much much better than CFS and the game has gotten excellent reviews. This is the only game that covers the pacific theater of WWII of the recent sims released. Anyway, Buy.com has it for 40.15$ new users can take the 10 off 30. Brings it down to 30.15, not a bad price at all, cheapest place on-line that had it was around 40+s/h (onvia has it but i dont count them anymore as they have screwed me 3 different times by saying something is in stock). so down to 30$ now. in the box is a 10$ rebate from microsoft! this isnt advertised anywhere and was blown away to see it in the box (10$ will buy a lotta tacos). the qualifying products are

Combat Flight Simulator
Flight Simulator Classic
Flight Simulator 2000
Flight Simulator 2000 Professional Edition

Offer expires Oct. 1/2001

Total is around 25$ after rebate. This bastard cost me 48$ at babbages, i hate retail after being on these forums =( If you own any of those products you'll surely want this one, and for 25$ it'll bring you lots of playing time.

What things from the qualifying products are needed? My Flight Sim 2000 has no UPC since I sent it away for a rebate already.

"2. Enclose proof of purchase from one of the qualifying, previous versions of the Microsoft products listed above. Eligible forms of proof of purchase include: product box top, with the product name and bar code clearly identified from the previous version product, OR the original title page of the previous version product's user's manual."

so if you already sent in the upc code from the top you could use the title page of the manual. you MIGHT be able to use an old receipt. you better call and ask em though.

ebworld.com has it for $39.99, add S+H. I paid over $50.00 clams for the original one and still enjoy playing it. MS flight games are awsome.
