A freind of mine had bought this notebook last year and up until last week it ran great. Well, now it wont even boot up when powered on. The power light comes on but their is nothing on the screen, no sound of HDD, or any beeps. This has lead me to think that it is either the CPU(AMD Duron 900Mhz) or bad memory but I'm not quite sure. If any one has any expierence with this notebook or any tips I would greatly appreciate it. I don't want to start ordering a new CPU or memory and start playing trial and error. Thanks.
 
I'm sorry, it's the power LED on the computer itself. It was blinking yellow until I fully charged the battery.
